Steven Winter Associates, Inc. (SWA) is happy to announce that one of our projects, 11 Crown Development, has won the 2021 DOE housing Innovation Award in the affordable home category. SWA has provided energy modeling and PHIUS certification consulting as well as final testing and verification for the certification and labeling programs. SWA has enjoyed a comradery with the project team despite COVID and typical construction challenges.
